It would be nice if a User Group field can be available in Automation rule, whereby users can be added to this field and created in Automation rule settings and can be used in subsequent Automation features which involves users.

E.g. Adding Watchers to Issues

In such a case, when this group is added, the members belonging to that group are unpacked and subsequently added individually to the Watchers field.
