Sometimes users have multiple statuses under the same category and would be nice if we had the option to filter such actions based on the statuses categories instead of the status itself individually.
Eg. Whenever a ticket is transitioned to a done status category then do something in my automation rule.
So wherever someone adds a new status or edit its category it would not break the automation.
