"Issue updated" trigger does not work on Bulk change operations

Issue Summary

When trying to bulk update parent using "Bulk update" operations, we see that the issue updated trigger does not work with Automation for jira while the same works, when you move the issues individually, the rule triggers as expected.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a rule similar to below:
   
2. JQL search subtasks type per your requirement and click on ... -> Bulk change all xxx issues
3. Click on "Move issues" -> Change the parent
   
4. You will see that the parent changed successfully but the automation rule does not trigger. This is specific to the parent change, other bulk operations works as expected.

Expected Results

Automation rule to trigger the rule for issue update with bulk update specifically to change parent.

Actual Results

Rule does not trigger at all.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available. 

Latest update : The bulk operations are not supported by automation.
