Issue Summary

Using the create Rule in A4J, doesn't allow static issue key search

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Rule
2. Use an Action that creates a sub-task

Expected Results

In the create sub-task action, you should be able to select a Parent task

Actual Results

No option is shown when searching for a Parent task

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
