Description
Summary
When creating a project type scoped rule to add comments on JSD projects, the "Share with customer" checkbox will not show up on the comment settings.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a global "Add comment" rule.
- On the "Rule details" select "Project type" as Scope and "Service Desk" as the Project type
Expected Results
You'll be able to set the automation comment to be customer-facing.
Actual Results
The "Share with customer" checkbox will not show up.
Workaround
Create a multi-project rule and add all your SDs projects to the scope.
