Issue Summary
When a send email action is being used with the To: <Reporter> along with the lookup, automation for Jira does not send an email to the reporter of the ticket, rather it would provide an error as below :
As there is no issue present, cannot get the value of the field:reporter
Steps to Reproduce
- Create an automation rule to lookup the issue
- In the same rule, add send email action -> where, specify the To address to be the "Reporter".
Rule constructed as below :

Expected Results
Rule to send email to all the reporters in the looked up issues.
Actual Results

Workaround
Use the email addresses in the field/specify groups.
