Issue Summary

Automation for Jira not available on the Cloud sites, where the site was restored with a server or Cloud back up

Steps to Reproduce

• Create a test Cloud site
• Make sure the site has Jira Service desk ( in Standard/Premium plan)
• Restore a Cloud back up taken from another Cloud site, which has Jira service desk and Automation for Jira installed
• Go to a Service desk project --> Project Settings
• Automation tab will be missing.

Actual Results

• Go to a Service desk project --> Project Settings
• Automation tab will be missing.

Also, Go to

• System Manage apps
• Select all Apps
• We observe that Automation for Jira app is not installed by default

Expected Results

• Go to a Service desk project --> Project Settings
• Automation tab will be available.

Also, Automation for Jira app should be installed by default

Workaround

• Ensure there is a default group for all your Jira applications, specially Jira Service Management.
