Ability for project admins to copy rule from one project to another

      Issue Summary

      Unable to copy an automation rule from one project to another, from within Project settings > Automation

      Steps to Reproduce

      • From a project, go to Project Settings > Automation > Rules
      • (...) > Copy rules
      • Select another project (where the user has admin rights)
      • Try to select a rule

      Expected Results

      • Show a list of available rules in the selected project for the user to pick from.

      Actual Results

      Error message: Failed to retrieve selections, please refresh the page and try again

      Workaround

      As a Jira admin or site admin you can copy automation rules from global administration in Settings > System > Automation rules
