Issue Summary

When attempting to edit an action from an existing rule or creating a new one in Automation for Jira, you get a blank screen.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new rule using the Assign issue action

Expected Results

The rule is created and saved as expected.

Actual Results

You get a blank screen
