Automation rule doesn't recognise parent for a subtask in next-gen preventing users from copying the values

XMLWordPrintable

      Problem statement -

Currently, if we want to copy a value from a parent to subtask in next-gen projects (for eg. priority), the rule will not support that and will not identify the parent.

The same issue has been discussed here - https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Marketplace-Apps-Integrations/Automation-Subtasks-won-t-pick-up-Parent-information-Next-Gen/qaq-p/1360520

Expected behaviour - Copy from parent option should work for subtasks in the next-gen project

Actual behaviour - The audit will show an error -
(Could not find valid 'id' or 'name' in priority object. (priority))
