Automation page under issue view screen doesn't refresh when rules are triggered manually.

      Problem :

      When we run a manually triggered rule on an issue, post running the first rule the Automation right sidebar refresh fails.  As a consequence, the rule execution result is not displayed and the controls are disabled, prohibiting any futher rule executions.

      Suggested Solution :

      The Automation right sidebar should refresh successfully, display the rule execution result and allow subsequent manual rule executions.

      Workaround

      Leave the automation right sidebar and go back into it by clicking "Automation: Rule executions"
