Spanish (Español) user language - Date format error when starting / editing a Sprint's start/end dates in Chrome

Issue Summary

Calendar to set dates do not obey date format in Google Chrome if Personal Settings is set to Spanish

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set your language preferences to Spanish
2. Try to set a date in a calendar. E.g., Start Sprint

Expected Results

Date is set as expected

Actual Results

An error is shown saying it is in wrong format.

Error text:
 

'6/Jan/24 09:15 PM' no es una fecha válida. Escribe la fecha con el siguiente formato: dd/MMM/yy h:mm a

Workaround

Enter the name of the month in Spanish: Ene, Feb, Mar, Abr, May, Jun, Jul, Ago, Sep, Oct, Nov, Dic

Use another browser - It works in Safari and Edge or set language to English.
