Issue Summary

The swimlane expand function is not working consistently when using the "-" keyboard shortcut

There seem to be very specific scenarios where this happens.

Project type: Company-managed / Kanban template

Board settings: Using some Quick filters + swimlanes Based on Epics (tested also with Query-based swimlane, but could not reproduce it)

Steps to Reproduce

Scenario 01:

1. Start with all swimlanes expanded
2. Apply a quick filter
3. Pressing "-" on the keyboard will collapse the swimlanes
4. Pressing "-" on the keyboard again will NOT expand the swimlanes
5. Using the Collapse/Expand All Swimlanes options at the ... board menu seems to work as expected

 Scenario 02:

• Start with all swimlanes collapsed
• Apply a quick filter
• Pressing "-" will collapse the swimlanes
•  Pressing "-" again will expand the swimlanes correctly

Expected Results

Swimlanes should expand when pressing "-" on the keyboard also when all swimlanes were expanded initially.

Actual Results

Pressing "-" on the keyboard will NOT expand the swimlanes when the swimlanes were expanded initially (this just works when the swimlanes were collapsed before applying a Quick filter)

Workaround

Use the Collapse/Expand All Swimlanes options at the ... board menu.
