Issue Summary

Incorrect Behaviour in chart generation when Sprint Start date is non-working day

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start a Sprint on a non-working day.
2. Open Burndown chart report.
3. Toggle between "Non-workingdays" and "working days" on chart and we can see inconsistent data in chart.

Expected Results

The Burndown chart should show the exact sprint details regardless of the button "non-working days" being toggled on and off.

Actual Results

The graph of the sprint changes when the "non-working days" is toggled on and off.

Workaround

Currently there is no workaround.
