Display progress bar in roadmap for standard issue types just like it does for Epics

Currently, the roadmap doesn't display a progress bar as it does for Epics.
The progress bar is based on the Start Date and Due Date fields, which are also used by the other standard issue types. It would be nice to have a progress bar in roadmap for standard issue types (Task, Story, Bug) too.
