Allow user to sort & filter the plan scope using any custom field type

      Users can't sort the plan scope using any custom field on Advanced Roadmaps 

      For the types 'number' and 'single select' this was solved with https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWCLOUD-19689 . 

      However we also have the need to sort & filter on other types of custom fields.
