More filtering options for the scope view

      Problem summary

      There are a limited amount of fields that can be used in the filtering options for the Scope view and there are no options to include custom fields.

      This blocks users from doing things like filtering out issues based on their Due date or Start date.

      Proposed solution

      The Filters should include more commonly used fields from Plans as well as provide the option to add custom fields to the filtering.

      Workaround

      Users would have to rely on their Issue sources to filter issues based on custom fields using JQL (filter or board).
