When you use the "Wrap left" or "Wrap right" image property inside a comment the edit and delete buttons are ordered alongside the image.

When you use the "Wrap left" or "Wrap right" image property inside a comment the edit and delete buttons are ordered alongside the image.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Insert an image in a comment
2. Edit it and use the "Wrap left" or "Wrap right" option and save
   Video

Expected Results

The edit, delete, and emoji buttons should stay at the bottom.

Actual Results

The buttons are ordered alongside the image
