DevOps Automation: Add access to smart values from the Sprint just removed from an issue

      When using a Sprint Update trigger, {{Sprint}} smart values ({{sprint.name}} , {{sprint.isStarted}}) will consider the sprint just added.

      There are cases we would like to access the information from the Sprint the issue was removed from.
