Sprint Started Trigger Not Firing for Personal Boards

Issue Summary

If an automation rule is configured to trigger on the Sprint started event and is pointed to a personal board, starting sprints on that board does not trigger the rule.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new board
2. When prompted to name the board, change the location to your user account
   
3. Create an automation rule using the sprint started trigger
4. Configure the trigger to point at the board created above

Expected Results

Sprints started on the board trigger the automation rule

Actual Results

The rule is not triggered. The rule is successfully triggered if it is pointed at a board that is associated with a project rather than a user account.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
