Support cross-project usage in Basic Roadmaps for Classic projects

      Summary

      You can use the basic roadmaps in Classic projects to plan your work.

      But, currently, the basic roadmaps are designed to support single project only. Which means that you won't be able to have issues from different projects be displayed in the roadmap.

      Suggestion

      Make it possible to use cross-project roadmaps.
