Display repository names in "Pull requests" tab in development dialog

In the "Commits" tab in the development dialog, the repository is displayed above the commits, however this does not happen in the "Pull requests" tab.

Just as with the Commits tab, it would provide useful context to display the repository name in the Pull requests tab.
