Selecting a quick filter on a Kanban board doesn't preserve the filter after navegating to search issues

Issue Summary

Jira Software has an issue with quick Filters. Setting a quick filter on a board and then navigating to a different page, the quick filter is being lost when navigating to a different page.(video attached for reference)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set a Quick Filter on a board;
2. Go to Search(Issues) and then click again on search(Previous Filter that was set);
3. The board will be load with the Quick Filter selected (parameter in the URL &quickFilter=xx applied) but with the issues listed(all) are not respecting the quick filter selected;

Expected Results

Board is loaded with the issues reflecting the filter set so the user doesn't have to deselect and select the quick filter again in order for it to be applied. 

Actual Results

The filter is being shown as selected but the issues on the board are not reflecting the filter. 

Workaround

So far we couldn't find a workaround.
