Issue Summary

Quick Filters set on a board are being lost when navigating to a different page e.g Project Settings

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set a Quick Filter on a board
2. Go to Project Settings and then click "Back to the project"
3. The board will be load with the Quick Filter selected (parameter in the URL &quickFilter=xx applied) but with all issues being loaded, not respecting the filter
4. After waiting for a few seconds, a pop-up will show up "This board has been updated: refresh" - where the filter will be applied if hit "Refresh".

Expected Results

Board is loaded with the issues reflecting the filter set so the user doesn't have to deselect and select the quick filter again in order for it to be applied. 

Actual Results

The filter is being shown as selected but the issues on the board are not reflecting the filter.
