      The updated made on Jira Service Desk Cloud it does not seem an improvement, at least in the session where you see the request types and categories.
      Before we were able to see all the request type inside one Category and see what issue types they were using and we would be able to click on the request type and open its configuration.

      Now the request type page is just a pile of request types that does no show neither their categories nor their issue type and once we go to the page that shows what is their categories we can't click on the request type to update it, we have to go back and search the request type on the pile to be able to update it.

      It is not productive at all.
