Allow not logged-in users to vote and watch issues in public projects

    • Our product teams collect and evaluate feedback from a number of different sources. To learn more about how we use customer feedback in the planning process, check out our new feature policy.

      By now, even though a project is set as public, it's not possible to vote on an issue as also add yourself as a watcher if you don't log in.

      The user may check the name of who has voted, but it's not possible to vote. If you try to add your email to watch the issue, an error message is shown:
