Moving issues is really clunky and time consuming.

I would really like the ability to move issues with drag and drop.

For instance I may have created a task and then decided it should actually be a sub-task of another existing task or story. I'd like to be able to just drag it onto the other issue and have it be adopted as a sub-task.

On the other hand, I may have created an issue as a sub-task but decide it should really be a task or a story. I'd like to be able to drag it out on its own. This is not as important because I could just change the issue type. However, this should be a one step process and the progress dialog should only display if the process is going to take longer than, say, five seconds.

The feature would also be useful for moving issues between related projects.
