      When opening the "Create Branch" link in a new tab from the board side panel in the old issue view, a new tab of the board is open instead of the Create Branch screen.

      Steps to Reproduce

      Expected Results

      The Create Branch screen will open

      Actual Results

      A new tab is open with the Board.

      Workaround

      Enable the new issue view.
