Freeze the editor's formula bar at the top

      Current behavior

      For the time being, when typing a long text for example in the description field of a ticket, the editor's formula bar is missed and we should scroll up at the beginning to see it again.

      Suggestion

      The editor bar could be solid regardless of scroll down the bar, it should always be displayed.
