Some Indicator that a ticket has been updated and unopened

    • Our product teams collect and evaluate feedback from a number of different sources. To learn more about how we use customer feedback in the planning process, check out our new feature policy.

Sorting by updated tickets and going through email notifications is not efficient when trying to see what tickets have been updated and unopened. You should be able to look at a queue and see which have been recently updated with some sort of highlighting, bolding or indicator. It is hard to see which updated tickets have been reviewed by me or not just by looking at a Jira queue. It would be very helpful for the tickets to stand out in a queue indicating it has been updated, but not reviewed yet by whoever is viewing.

Solarwinds does this. When a ticket is commented on or data is updated, the ticket populates a dot next to it. When you open up the ticket, the dot goes away. So you know if you have reviewed the ticket since last updated.

Gmail also does this. You can tell which emails you have read and which are unread because the emails in your inbox queue changes color.

Google hangouts also does this. I can see which messages I have read and which are new and unread.

      Please implement something like this!

      Thanks!
