Open Pull Requests not showing as "Warning" on Releases

Issue Summary

Open Pull Requests not showing as a Warning on Releases.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add tickets to a Version.
2. On Bitbucket, create a pull request.
3. Let this pull request open.

Expected Results

Even if the ticket is closed, if the pull request is opened, it will show a Warning on Releases' page as mentioned on the documentation:

Actual Results

It doesn't show warnings about Pull requests.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
