increase width of Sprint picker field

      Problem Definition

      Currently, if users set a longer name for Sprint, part of the Sprint Name will be hidden in Sprint picker field in pages like Sprint Report:

      Suggested Solution

      Customer would like either:

      1. The Sprint picker field width is increased or
      2. Give admin option to configure the width of the field
