New Epics/Stories should not be automatically assigned to a Stream

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Portfolio Cloud. Using JIRA Portfolio Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      When I create a new Epic or Story it is automatically adds it to a Stream in the Release column. It would be better if it was left blank so that I have to deliberately choose a Stream\Release because 99% of the time it adds it to the incorrect one.
