      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Portfolio Cloud. Using JIRA Portfolio Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      There should be an option that allows you to merge Plans in Portfolio whether it is through a built-in setting or by importing multiple XML plan exports to one Plan.
