Balsamiq images in issues are displayed as links in plan's scope

Balsamiq images in JIRA issues are not rendered correctly in Plans when viewing issues in the issue detail view. They are being displayed as URL links.

Environment

• JIRA 1000.621.5
• Portfolio for JIRA 2.1.6-OD-006-D20161212T101811

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set up a plan in Portfolio
2. In one of the issues in the plan, add a Balsamic mockup image.
   
3. Access the plan in Portfolio

Expected Results

The Balsamiq image to be rendered as per the JIRA Issue.

Actual Results

The image is displayed as a link instead:
