Summary
Issues created in Portfolio that have a resolution date (e.g. Bugs) will have their resolution dates set to be the same as the creation date/last updated date.
Environment

Steps to Reproduce
- Step 1. In JIRA Portfolio, create a new epic.
- Step 2 Click the "+" next to the epic to create new issues. set them to type "bug"
- Step 3 Commit the Changes.
Expected Results
Issues will be created with the Resolution Date empty.
Actual Results
Resolution Date is set to the same date as the creation time.

Workaround
Perform a transition on the issue that clears the resolution. (e.g. todo -> todo)
