      Jira issues get a resolved time during issue creation when a default resolution is set

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Setup a default resolution from https://<<CLOUD_URL>>.atlassian.net/secure/admin/ViewResolutions.jspa
      2. Add the resolution field to the issue creation screen

      Expected results

      1. Issue is created with a resolution value and resolved time

      Actual results

      1. Issue is created with a resolved time however the resolution field shows empty in the UI.
      2. Also, when you query the issue in Issue navigation, the resolution value is not read and the issue shows up when you query
         resolution is EMPTY

      Workaround

      1. Remove the resolution field from the issue creation screen.
