Summary
Jira issues get a resolved time during issue creation when a default resolution is set
Steps to reproduce
- Setup a default resolution from https://<<CLOUD_URL>>.atlassian.net/secure/admin/ViewResolutions.jspa
- Add the resolution field to the issue creation screen
Expected results
- Issue is created with a resolution value and resolved time
Actual results
- Issue is created with a resolved time however the resolution field shows empty in the UI.
- Also, when you query the issue in Issue navigation, the resolution value is not read and the issue shows up when you query
resolution is EMPTY
Workaround
- Remove the resolution field from the issue creation screen.
