Issues converted to Epic with an existing Epic Link do not display in Child issues.

Summary

Converting issues to Epic in if they had an Epic Link set will not remove the Epic Link. Due to that, when you set a Parent for these issues, they will not display in the parent "Child issues" panel.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an issue and set an Epic for it.
2. Convert this issue to Epic
3. Set a parent link for this Epic

Expected Results

Should display under the parent Child issues

Actual Results

Does not display.

Workaround

Convert the issue from Epic to another issue type, remove the Parent Link that exists in the Issue, set an Epic Link and then remove it. After all this, you can convert the issue back to Epic and assign a Parent.
