Bulk Edit is not possible for parent link

Summary

It is not possible to bulk edit a parent link for multiple Epics at the same time. The dropdown to select the parent link is missing.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go the Issue Navigator and perform a bulk edit with 2 or more Epics
2. Selecting the Parent Link, there is no dropdown
3. Confirming, the Parent Link will take the value for the first issue

Expected Results

A dropdown should be shown, where you can select another parent link.

Actual Results

Dropdown missing, so cannot choose another parent link and Jira will take the value for the first Epic to apply to others.
