When I import my issues and fill in the FixVersion field, versions are created.  But, there is no place to specify Status, Start Date or Released Date for the version.  There should be a way to import versions with these attributes either by importing versions alone, or by specifying them in the issues import by allowing you to map fields for version status, version start date and version release date.
