Note: There is no component for "Administration". None of the other components are appropriate. Selected "Documentation" as this seemed most reasonable (sorry for that team!)
For your product team to consider - when a client is in a lapsed status the current flow is an unresolvable loop by self-serve. This is a bad UX. The messaging implies we can self-serve resolve which was not the case. CA-1007982 was required to resolve. Video of part of the experience available upon request.
