Issue Summary

Multiple grey bars on board's backlog page.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Scrum board.
2. Create a large number of issues inside the Scrum board backlog.
   • Not sure how many are necessary to reproduce this behavior.
3. Grey bars can show everywhere, but it is hard to reproduce.

The gray bar has the following div:

The video only shows small grey bars, but some customers are seeing much bigger grey bars and on different parts on the board's backlog.

Expected Results

No random grey bars showing up on board's backlog screen.

Actual Results

Random grey bars are showing up on board's backlog where there is a considerable number of issues on this backlog.
