Issue Summary

When adding a custom Field To a Card as covered in Customizing cards , valid Custom Field options can be excluded if using an Issue Type in the filter

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create Custom Field with applicable issue types set to any restricted value (EXE set this to Story only)
2. Create a board with a Filter that has an OR statement including issuetype = <any other issue type> EXE:

   project = <Insert Project> AND (component = <Insert Component> OR issuetype = <Insert Any Issuetype other than Story>) ORDER BY Rank ASC
   

1. Navigate to the Boards Card Layout and attempt to add in your custom Field

Expected Results

Custom Field is available

Actual Results

Custom Field is missing from potions. The Custom Field should be available as it applies to some but not all of the issues present in the filter results.

Workaround

• Temporarily set the applicable issue types under the Custom fields scheme context to Any Issue Type see Specifying field behavior: Modifying field behavior
• Apply desired card layout
• Reset applicable issue types on field configurations back to the desired settings

Once you have the Field added to the card layout you can remove it from the field context to return the setting to the original state and the field will remain on the card without issue.
