Issue Summary

Next-gen board - "Group by Subtasks" does not respect the rule to do not show completed issues with more than 14 days, it shows issues completed with more than 14 days, we don't see the same behavior when we use the other group by options.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Jira Software Next-Gen project.
2. Open the board tab.
3. Create tasks and sub-tasks on this board.
4. Leave the sub-task closed for more than 14 days.
5. Change the group by to Subtasks.
6. The completed Subtask will be displayed on your board.
7. Change the group by to None.
8. All completed issues with more than 14 days won't show up on this board.

Expected Results

All completed issues with more than 14 days without updates should be removed from the board view.

Actual Results

When we use the Group by Subtasks filter, completed Subtasks with more than 14 days without updates will keep showing up on the board.
