When hovering the mouse over the PR link inside the dev panel in Jira, users can no longer see the repo name, but instead, they're seeing the repo ID.

This causes usability issues, and in case an issue in Jira has multiple PRs linked to it, there isn't a quick way to identify to which repos that PR is from.
