Issue Summary

In Issue Layout, if you have Epic Link under Context Field (above Hide when empty line), and when the Epic Link field is empty, this field is missing from the issue view entirely.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add Epic Link to the Context Field (above Hide when empty line) in Issue Layout.
2. Make sure the Epic Link field doesn't have a value.

Expected Results

• The Epic Link field should appear on the issue view, whether it has a value or not.

Actual Results

• The Epic Link field is missing.

Workaround

• Add the Epic Link field below the Hide when empty line and the Epic Link field will appear.

Notes

If the Epic Link field has a value before, and it got removed, it'll appear in the issue just fine.
