      Bitbucket Jira integration matches Jira issue keys with Jira issues that did not exist before the commit/branch or pull request were created.

      Suggested Solution

      Bitbucket Jira integration should ignore matching Jira issue keys with issues that did not exist before the commit/branch or pull request.

      Why this is important

       It can cause many errors, confusions and mistakes for users and cannot be unlinked from the Jira issue.
