Actions button doesn't show the list when the menu has a lot of options

Steps to Reproduce

1. Actions button has a lot of options (e.g from installed add-ons)
2. From the backlog, select an issue
3. Click in Actions (...)
4. The options don't appear

Expected Results

When you click in "Actions", you should see all the options

Actual Results

When you click in "Actions" from the backlog, the options don't appear

Workaround

• Disable new view from https://URL.atlassian.net/secure/ViewPersonalSettings.jspa
• Zoom out the browser until it displays all the options
• Expand/maximize the browser window
