Summary

When the Build tab on the development panel is open, a message says "Mention ABC-123 in a branch name or commit message to start tracking builds here."

Steps to Reproduce

1. Connect Jira and Bitbucket > Create a commit linked to a Jira issue
2. Go to the Jira issue > Click on commit tab > Navigate to the Build Tab

Expected Results

Mention ABC-123 in a branch name and commit message to start tracking builds here.

Actual Results

Mention ABC-123 in a branch name or commit message to start tracking builds here.

Notes

Bitbucket build only show on Jira when the Issue key is mentioned in the branch name, not in the commit message. The deployment shows when the issue key is mentioned in the commit message
