Issue Summary

If you copy/ paste or even just highlight the image from a previous comment on an issue and paste it on a new comment fails to show after you refresh the browser.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a screenshot and paste into a new comment
2. Copy or highlight the same image to paste in a different new comment box
3. Refresh the browser and the image will fail to load

Expected Results

Should show the image in the new comment even if you use an existing image from previous comments on the same issue

Actual Results

Showing error message Unable to render embedded object: File (name of the image attached) not found

Workaround

You can download the image, rename it and then you will be able to attach it to a new comment box.
